BY CAR FROM GLASGOW

Travel west along Loch Lomond, over the Rest & Be Thankful to Inverary, on to Lochgilphead and then head south to Tarbert, on through the villages of Whitehouse and Clachan before dropping over the hill at Ronachan to the amazing views of the Kintyre Peninsular and the islands of Gigha, Cara, Islay and Jura as they unfold before you.

Continue for a few miles drinking in the breathtaking views before turning right at Rhunahaorine Primary School, down the farm drive to the beach! 

 
 

BY CAR FROM ISLAY AND ARRAN FERRIES 

Islay (Kennacraig) turn right out of the ferry terminal and continue for 12 miles follow the directions above from Whitehouse

Arran (Claonaig) from the ferry slip head up the hill and bear right signed Tarbert, continue of this road until reaching the A83 turn left to Campbeltown follow the directions above from Whitehouse on.

 
 

BY CAR FROM FORT WILLIAM AND OBAN

Take the scenic road south to Lochgilphead on the A83 to Tarbert down to Rhunahaorine.

 
 

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bus services run regular through the day linking Point Sands to Glasgow Bus Station Buchanan Street.  If you need assistance from the bus stop to the park please give us 24hrs notice.

 
 

BY PLANE
Flights to Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick, daily. Car hire available. A connecting flight can be made from Glasgow International to Campbeltown, two flights daily. Airport transfers can be arranged.
